Around a year or so I met my amii Majito (ami is abreviation for 'amiga' wich translated is female friend) in out training for a campaing in which we used to work together.

Even though our friendship wasn't an immediate thing, when we became friends it was a strong click. As everything good in life, it took time.

La amii has become a great best friend. Joining me in trips to celebrate nothing, coffee dates, birthday bashes of people we don't know, desastrous dates, arguments to protect each other, eat dates, etc.

Thanks amiii for putting up with me, and for defending me from people that is not nice. Love you! And I love how are friendship is not define by time and place! Our friendship has a looong way to go!!:)

T.G.I.F...aunque me toque trabajar mañana//T.G.I.F...even though I gotta work tomorrow!

¡A DIVERTIRSE!

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Finally friday! One more day and freedom...for two days. But at least that's something.

And what better way to celebrate a friday with a delicious dinner among great friends!! China, Majo and Fran, today we'll stay up until late at night eating and smiling and enjoying.

Everyone knows that my friday and saturday routine is to have a movie night with my fam. But once in a while is great to get out from the comfort zone, break the routine because it can be just what you need to have a better day in which you are so tired thatthe weight over your shoulder is heavier that the world itself.

My advice for this friday: GO FOR A CHANGE. Break the mold. Get a risk for something different and fun as long as its safe for your well being, physically and mentally speaking.

It's friday, people. ¡LET'S GET SOME FUN!

Who doesn't love to eat? EVERYBODY loves it! And, in my house, is a really big deal. One of our main characters when eating comes is bread. We love every kind of bread: Sweet, salty, soft, hard, crunchy, toasty. etc. But I most say this new one that we have discoverd thanks to my beloved auntie Olguita: delish onion bread, mix with tons, tons of melted mozarella y butter.

It's price: $1.50 per piece. Slice it and you will about 8 slices to share. It's a bread which has a consistency extremly delish, not too soft nor too heavy. Just perfet. If you're in El Salvador I bought this in "De Miga" bakery shop which is just across the main entrance from Hacienda " Los Miranda" (For direction you can ask me or Google Map-it). If you got a chance, try it! I recommend this!

For more on how to gain some wait but enjoy and beng happy doing it keep up with my blog where most likely you'll continue to find entries about food given that life if more delish when you eat good stuffs :)
