T.G.I.F...aunque me toque trabajar mañana//T.G.I.F...even though I gotta work tomorrow!

Al fin viernes! Un día más y libertad...por dos días. Pero algo es algo.

Y que mejor forma de celebrar un viernes que una deliciosa cena entre buenos amigos! China, Majo y Fran, hoy nos desvelaremos comiendo y riendo y gozando.

Todos saben que mi rutina para viernes y sábado es movie night con la familia. Pero de vez en cuando, romper rutina y salir de lo cotidiano puede ser justo lo que necesitas para mejorar un día en el que el cansancio sobre tus hombres pesa más que el mundo.

Mi consejo para este viernes: DECÍDITE POR UN CAMBIO. Olvidate de lo rutinario. Arriesgate a hacer algo diferente y divertido media vez, claro, no comprometa su salud ni estado físico/emocional.

Es viernes, señores. ¡A DIVERTIRSE!

Finally friday! One more day and freedom...for two days. But at least that's something.

And what better way to celebrate a friday with a delicious dinner among great friends!! China, Majo and Fran, today we'll stay up until late at night eating and smiling and enjoying.

Everyone knows that my friday and saturday routine is to have a movie night with my fam. But once in a while is great to get out from the comfort zone, break the routine because it can be just what you need to have a better day in which you are so tired thatthe weight over your shoulder is heavier that the world itself.

My advice for this friday: GO FOR A CHANGE. Break the mold. Get a risk for something different and fun as long as its safe for your well being, physically and mentally speaking.

It's friday, people. ¡LET'S GET SOME FUN!

Coffee dates!

El café: Definitivamente una de mis grandes pasiones. Y se vuelve mejor cuando la comparto con excelentes amigas como mi amiga Mar! Realmente amo nuestras salidas.

No hay nada que garantice el buen inicio de una amistad como un buen café compartido entre sueños, confidencias, risas, tips , etc. Tengo que decir que he sido enormemente bendecida con esta chica colombiana de nacimiento, salvadoreña de corazón.

He aprendido mucho de ti, nena y realmente nena agradezco que nuestro caminos se cruzaran en el momento justo. sos una verdadera amiga y me encanta que nuestras metas espirituales son tan parecidas y el gran apoyo que me brindás y con el que tenés que saber, contás.

Sé que Dios nos respalda en todas nuestras metas, sueños, etc. Tantos en los compartidos como individuales. 

Si tenés una amiga como la mía, te ánimo a que la cuides y aprecies; y de igual forma te convirtás en una amigo de primera calidad; porque conocidos son muchos, pero amigos son contados. Dios bendiga las verdaderas amistades! XO

Coffee: Definitively one of my greatest passions. And it gets better when I shared it with my bestie, Mar! I really enjoy our coffee dates.

There is nothing better that guarantess the begining of a great friendship like sharing a great coffee among dreams, secrets, laughs, etc. I must say I've been greatly bless with the friendshio from this colombian-born girl, but salvadorian at heart.

I've had learn so much from you, kid and I really appreciate that our paths got cross in the right moment. You are an amazing friend and I l ove how both are personal and spirituals goals are so alike and you support me, as, you need to know this, I'll support you.

I know Go will back us up in all our goals, dreams, etc. Both shared as individual ones.

If you have a friend like mine, I encourage you to appreciate and take care of him/her,  as I encourage you to become a first class friend. Because acquaintances are many, but real friends just a few. God bless true friendships! XO

PS: Keep posted to blog where I will publish some projects that we share with Mar, and some other from her, individually, encouraging her to keep up with her ministry and personal goals! GO MAR!!:D

F.R.I.E.N.D.S

Amó salir con mis amigas y amigos. No hay nada mejor que eso para que, un día malo se convierta en bueno, y un día bueno en mejor.

Este día salí con amigos del trabajos Raquel, mejor conocida como "China"; Jennie, mejor conocida como "Peque"; Nelson, mejor conocido como "Compa, Toñito, Popeye, etc" (no en la foto) y Katherinne, mejor conocida como "La Katho". La salida perfecta para mejorar mi día.

Bien dicen por ahí que los amigos son la alegría del alma. Y de verás que sí lo son. Entre risas, burlas, bromas y temas serios, es el mejor remedio para cualquier mal. Si tenés amigos tan buenos como los míos, te recomiendo una salida semanal, quincenal o hasta mensual, y vas a ver como tu humor mejora como por arte de magia. Instantáneo! Yo lo he probado y quiero mucho a mis amigas y amigos! XO

I love going out with my friends. There is nothing better than that to turn a not-so-good-day into a good one, and a good day in a better one.

This day I went out with some friends from work. Raquel, AKA "China", Jennie, AKA "Little one"; Nelson, AKA "Compa, Tonito, Popeye, etc" (not pictured) and Katherinne, AKA "La Katho". The perfect going out.

It is said that friends are the joy of our soul. I couldn't agree more. Among laughter, jokes, food, desserts, coffee and important topics is a great medicine for every illness within. If you have friends as good as mine I strongly recommend going out every week or so, even monthly going out with them and I guarantee you'll see an immediate change for a better mood so fast you'll think must be magic! I'd tried it and I love mine friends! XO
